Payments can be made in person with the Clerk of Court, located at 420 Main Street, during normal business hours Tuesday – Thrusday 8:00 AM-12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
After hour payments can be made at the Risingsun Police Department, located on the west side of the building on Vine Street at the same address. Checks and Money Orders can be made payable to: Risingsun Mayor’s Court.
The following methods are accepted as payment IN PERSON:

- Check
- Money Order
NOTICE: A MONTHLY CONTINUANCE FEE OF $10.00 PER MONTH WILL BE CHARGED FOR ALL TICKETS THAT HAVE NOT BEEN PAID AND HAVE TO BE CARRIED OVER TO THE FOLLOWING MONTH.

Please use your citation or summons number (upper, right hand corner) and jurisdiction code: 8767 when processing the payment. A processing fee will be applied at the time of payment.

- Drop Box – The drop box is located at the Risingsun Police Department on the Vine Street side of the Town Hall. The drop box is located in the door of the police department. A reciept will be mailed to you only if requested. Please ensure a valid mailing address is included
